Your First Week: Selling Digital Downloads on Kaniva

Digital products are the quickest kind of store to launch on Kaniva, because there is nothing to ship. If you picked Digital downloads when you created the store, Setup skips the shipping step entirely.

Day 1: finish Setup. Confirm your shop answers and connect Stripe so you can take payment — Connect with Stripe needs no API keys.

Day 2: add your first file product. Upload the file customers will download, set the price, and write a short description of what they get.

Day 3: buy it yourself. Use a test card or a 100% discount code, then open the download from the confirmation email the way a customer would. When the file arrives, your store is doing its job end to end.

Days 4 to 7: add the rest of your catalog, your logo and your licence terms. If you also make physical or custom products, you can add those to the same store whenever you are ready.
