What the free migration covers

Included, free

  • Up to 500 products, with their photos, variants, categories, prices and descriptions.
  • Up to 5,000 customers: names, email addresses, phone numbers and saved addresses, with their tags as customer groups.
  • A check of everything with you before your store goes live, and fixes for anything that didn't come across.

Quoted after a short call

  • Order history. Keep the order export from your old platform for your records, or ask us to bring orders across as a quoted job.
  • Bigger stores, over 500 products or 5,000 customers.
  • Subscriptions, gift card balances, store credit and custom fields or apps from your old platform.
  • Passwords can't be moved. No platform shares them, so your customers set a new password the first time they sign in, or from an optional invite email you choose to send.
  • We work from your old platform's standard export files, or staff access you give us. You stay in control of what we take.
  • We tell you how long it will take when we reply. It depends on the size of the store and how clean the export is.
  • Only move customers you're allowed to contact. Email-marketing consent comes across only if your old platform includes it in its export.
