Your First Week: A Shipping Store on Kaniva

This plan is for shops that make or stock products and ship them. It takes about a week of spare hours and ends with a real order packed and on its way.

Day 1: finish Setup. Confirm your shop answers, connect Stripe (no API keys needed), and add the address you ship from. Choose Shippo for live carrier rates and labels, or confirm the fallback rates to start — you can switch later.

Day 2: add your first product with stock. Give it variants if it has sizes or colours, set the weight so shipping rates are right, and enter how many you have. Kaniva tracks stock as orders come in.

Day 3: place a test order. Buy your own product with a test card or a 100% discount code, then open the order in your admin. Pack it at the packing station, print the packing slip and the label, and the customer (you) gets tracking.

Days 4 to 7: fill the catalog and move in. Add the rest of your products, your logo and your policies. If you are coming from Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy or Squarespace, ask us to move your products and customers for free (up to 500 products and 5,000 customers).
