A new way to start selling, and a new way to see what a weekend at a show was really worth.

New this week

Pay As You Go

Stores can now connect a bank account with Stripe Connect in a couple of minutes, with no keys to copy. The Pay As You Go plan is $0 a month plus 2% per sale (Stripe's own processing fee is separate, as usual), taken automatically and refunded in proportion when an order is refunded. Stores already using their own Stripe keys keep their setup.

Trips

Accounting → Trips: create a trip for a show or business travel, then tag income and expenses to it from their normal forms. Each trip gets its own profit and loss, with a PDF to download.

  • Tag many expenses or sales at once from the Expenses and Income lists
  • Tagging is optional, and deleting a trip never deletes anything else

Smaller things that add up

  • The payment test buttons are now Save & Test, so you always test the keys on screen
  • Payment error messages show only the start and last four characters of a key
  • Password managers no longer fill your login into payment and shipping key fields
  • Returning customers can get a sign-in code by email at checkout again
  • Every store's sitemap builds correctly, and reminders before a download link expires now go out
