Floor kiosk for operators
Manufacturing → Floor Kiosk turns a tablet into a job station. Operators sign in with a PIN or badge scan, see the jobs for their machine, and run them with big buttons: Start, Pause/Resume, Log scrap, Report down and Done.
- A live timer and expected, good and scrap counts are always on screen
- Operators sign out on their own after about 90 seconds idle, for quick handovers
- Manage operators under Manufacturing → Operators; they can use the kiosk but not the admin
Live Board
Manufacturing → Live Board is a full-screen status board for an office monitor: running, paused and down machines, and job cards by work center with operator, time and counts. It refreshes every ten seconds.
Downtime report
See total downtime by reason and by work center for any date range, with every event listed, and end any downtime the floor forgot to close. It reads what operators log with Report down, so there's nothing to set up.
A fuller order history
An order's Activity timeline now also shows shipping labels bought, point of sale and phone payments, automatic tracking updates, refunds started from Stripe or PayPal, and each build stage.
