Live chat follows up by email when the customer has left

If your team replies to a chat after the visitor has gone, Kaniva emails them the reply. Plus your booking link in plain sight, a ticket count in the menu and clearer address checks on labels.

A week of follow-through: making sure a customer hears back, and that the things you need are easy to find.

New this week

Live chat replies reach customers who have left

The chat assistant now asks once, politely, for the visitor's name and email, and never insists. If someone on your team replies while the visitor is away, Kaniva emails them the reply with a Continue the Conversation button.

  • One email per absence, not one per message, and nothing while they're still in the chat
  • Replying to the email reaches your support address
  • Chats are named after the visitor, and the list warns you when there's no email yet

Your booking page, one click away

Calendar → Bookings shows your public booking page with Copy Link and Open, and the Calendar page has a Booking Page button.

Smaller things that add up

  • Tickets in the sidebar shows a count of open tickets, like Orders and Callbacks
  • The shipping label screen tells a real spelling fix in an address apart from routine USPS formatting
  • Site Analytics remembers the date range you picked, and shows a clear message if data can't load
