Three things that save a shop time every day: following up on carts, getting products in front of Google shoppers, and starting the build paperwork.
New this week
Abandoned cart emails
When a shopper leaves items in their cart, Kaniva emails them after a delay you choose (an hour by default), with pictures, prices and a Complete Your Order button.
- Optionally include a discount code to nudge them over the line
- Nobody is emailed if they've already ordered since
- Turn it on in Settings → General → Abandoned Cart Recovery
A Google Shopping product feed
Kaniva builds the product list Google Merchant Center reads, kept up to date for you. Turn it on in Settings → General → Google Shopping Feed and copy the address it shows into Merchant Center.
- Every active physical product with images, prices, stock and categories
- Sale prices show alongside the regular price
- Build-to-order products are listed as preorders
Work orders created when a build-to-order sale is paid
Choose per product whether a paid order makes one work order per unit, one for the whole quantity, or none.
- Finishing every work order for an item moves it to shipped and frees its build slot
- The order page shows progress, like "3/5 complete", and a Create Work Orders button for doing it by hand
